1. 2. Production process of LVT composite flooring:

PVC powder

PVC raw materials → ingredients → additives → mixer mixing → extruder (plasticizing) → mold → calender shaping → online composite → cooling material rack → longitudinal cutting → traction → transverse cutting → platform stacking → finished product.

4. Plant structure and water and electricity installation

(1) The main workshop has a height of 6 meters, a length of 45 meters, and a width of 6 meters; The mixing workshop and warehouse have a small area of 12 meters * 6 meters; It is recommended that the planned area of the factory be no less than 1500 square meters.

(2) During the production process, equipment must be cooled. The cold air tower can be installed on an outdoor circulating water tank, with an installation area of 16 square meters and a smaller installation height of 1 meter, connected to indoor equipment pipelines

The main pipeline can be made of 2-1/2 or 3 steel pipes, and the branch pipe can be determined according to the water inlet of the water pump on the equipment. The drainage pipeline can be made of 110mm PVC pressure pipe, and the cooling water (circulation) can be 5-8 tons/hour.

(3) The drainage ditch under the production line shall be set up according to the installation diagram of the production line.

(4) The total installed capacity of production equipment is 300KW (one production line).
